Construction Instructions (Construction Process Guidelines)
Workpiece inspection --> Workpiece surface cleaning --> Original oil stirring (Stir for three minutes to ensure the paint is evenly dispersed.) --> Dilute the original oil (viscosity reaches 10-15 seconds) --> Confirm oven temperature UV energy (oven temperature: 65±5℃) --> Workpiece spraying --> Workpiece inspection --> Qualified product packaging.

1. Please stir thoroughly before use.
2. Please refer to the 'Construction Process Guidelines' for oil removal, degreasing, and dust removal on the workpiece before use.
3. Please filter using a 300 mesh filter.
4. Due to the different types of rubber parts and molding conditions, please confirm fully before using our coatings to ensure compatibility.
5. When humidity is too high, it is recommended to immediately enter the drying tunnel or oven after coating to prevent whitening.
6. The coating film should not be too thin; if too thin, it will not provide protective effects and will affect chemical resistance and wear resistance testing.
7. Please seal the curing agent promptly after opening to prevent reaction with moisture in the air.
8. The ratio of main agent to curing agent must be accurately weighed.
9. After mixing the main agent and curing agent, it must be used within 1 hour at room temperature; otherwise, it is prone to gelation, and the higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the usable time.
10. The spray gun nozzle for spraying two-component coatings must be cleaned every hour to prevent clogging, and the air hose and nozzle must be cleaned with gun cleaning solvent during downtime.
11. After spraying, it must be baked in the oven within 60 minutes; prolonged standing may lead to testing failures and other phenomena.
