1. Please stir well before use;
2. Before use, please refer to the 'Construction Process Guidelines' to degrease, defat, and dust the workpiece;
3. Please use the appropriate filter for filtration;
4. If performance testing is to be conducted, please bake under conditions of 65±5℃ × 8H, or let it sit at room temperature for 168H, then cool for 30 minutes before testing;
5. Due to the different types of workpieces and molding conditions, please confirm adequately before using our coatings to ensure compatibility;
6. When humidity is too high, in addition to adding necessary anti-whitening solvents, it is recommended to immediately enter the drying tunnel or oven after coating to prevent whitening;
7. The coating film should not be too thin or too thick; if too thin, it will not provide protection, and if too thick, it may lead to poor adhesion, bubbling, and other issues;
8. Please seal the curing agent promptly after opening to prevent reaction with moisture in the air;
9. The ratio of main agent to curing agent must be accurately weighed;
10. After mixing the main agent and curing agent, it must be used within 4 hours at room temperature; otherwise, the higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the usable time;
11. The spray gun nozzle for spraying two-component coatings must be cleaned every hour to prevent clogging, and the air hose and nozzle must be cleaned with gun cleaning solvent during downtime.
12. Depending on the product type, packaging must be done only after complete drying; if there are re-coating requirements, please inform in advance, and we will provide professional guidance.
