    Construction Instructions (Construction Process Guidelines)

    Workpiece inspection --> Workpiece surface cleaning --> Original oil stirring (Stir for three minutes to ensure the paint is evenly dispersed.) --> Dilute the original oil (viscosity reaches 9-11 seconds) --> Confirm furnace temperature UV energy (UV energy: 400- furnace temperature: 40-60°C) --> Workpiece spraying --> Workpiece inspection --> Qualified product packaging.

    Precautions

    1. Please stir thoroughly before use;

    2. Please perform pretreatment as needed, such as ultrasonic cleaning, phosphating, sandblasting, etc.;

    3. Please filter using a 500 mesh filter;

    4. The viscosity of the primer should not be too high, otherwise the paint film will have an orange peel effect; the topcoat should not be too thin, otherwise pinholes may easily occur, especially for coarse particle pearlescent silver powder topcoats, which should not be too thick, as excessive thickness may lead to cracking and poor interlayer adhesion.

    5. The primer must be fully dry; otherwise, it may cause biting and affect the gloss of the topcoat.

    6. UV must be pre-baked before light curing; otherwise, whitening and other phenomena may occur.

    7. The spraying and curing environment needs to be clean, and the air compressor must not retain moisture.

    8. The entire storage and construction site should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
