Construction Instructions (Construction Process Guidelines)
Workpiece inspection --> Workpiece surface cleaning --> Original oil stirring (Stir for three minutes to evenly disperse the paint.) --> Dilute the original oil (viscosity reaches 9-11 seconds) --> Confirm oven temperature UV energy (oven temperature: 60±5℃) --> Workpiece spraying --> Workpiece inspection --> Qualified product packaging.

1. Please stir well before use;
2. Please refer to the 'Construction Process Guidelines' for degreasing, de-oiling, and dust removal of the workpiece before use;
3. Please use the appropriate filter mesh for filtering;
4. If performance testing is to be conducted, bake under the condition of 65±5℃ × 2H, then cool for 30 minutes before testing;
5. Due to the different types of adhesive parts and molding conditions, please confirm fully before using our coatings to ensure compatibility;
6. When humidity is too high, in addition to adding necessary anti-whitening solvents, it is recommended to enter the drying tunnel or oven immediately after coating to prevent whitening;
7. The coating film should not be too thin or too thick; if too thin, it will not provide protection, and if too thick, it may affect the chemical resistance test during re-coating.
