Wear-resistant non-stick performance test
Testing conditions: Wear tester with 3kg pressure for wet grinding (5% detergent solution), 10CM grinding head stroke, moving speed 40RPM, 3M, 7447C scouring pad, performing parallel reciprocating friction on the coating surface, and conducting egg frying (scrambled egg pancake) tests after every 1000 cycles. ≥60000 times
Dishwasher lifespan test
Testing method: A total of 330 dishwasher cycles, with an egg frying test conducted every 10 cycles. After 330 cycles, there was no deformation or any other defects, and the non-stick properties still met the requirements.
Detergent boiling, oven milk, non-stick test
Detergent non-stick test: A warm water mixture with a concentration of (2% detergent powder) (60-70℃), heated to 80-85℃ for 1 hour as one cycle, electric ceramic stove 2500W milk baking test score, test result ≥20 cycles (2 points) or more.
Oven milk test:
After baking in a constant temperature box at 300℃ for one hour, soak in water at 20±2℃ for 5 minutes, then conduct the electric ceramic stove 2500W milk baking test score, test result ≥20 cycles (2 points) or more.
Egg frying + saltwater test
Testing method: Prepare 5% saltwater and boil continuously for 3 hours (water temperature 80-85℃), fry 3 eggs at 150-170℃ as one cycle. Test result ≥24 cycles.
