Water-based rust-inhibiting primer
Water-based rust-inhibiting primer is a high-performance water-based rust conversion primer, appearing as a light pink uniform liquid. It is composed of a composite conversion agent grafted with a new type of water-based resin. This product is a weakly acidic polymer composite that can convert iron oxides (rust) into brown or black metal complexes, forming a composite film on the steel surface through chemical bonds and physical adhesion. This film acts as a barrier, preventing the steel substrate from being eroded by the medium. The paint film layer is firm, dense, and has strong adhesion, replacing sandblasting and shot blasting rust removal processes on large steel structures. It can reduce costs while maintaining corrosion resistance, and it also offers excellent environmental and social benefits.
