Zheming's new eco-friendly materials have settled in the Nansha Free Trade Zone!

Build an innovative industrial system and create a new high ground for modern industries. On September 28, a concentrated groundbreaking event for key construction projects in the Nansha Free Trade Zone of Guangdong was held in Nansha District, Guangzhou.
Zheming New Environmental Protection Materials, as one of the key projects in Guangzhou and Nansha District, also held a ceremony for the headquarters and R&D production base project. Guests and industry media, including Zheming Chairman Hu Shaowen, Mingzhu Star Group Chairman Zhang Liming, Yunnan Wanhui Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd. Chairman Yan Guoxiang, Zhongshan First Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Chairman Li Zhiwen, and Guangzhou Qingfeng Trading Co., Ltd. Chairman Huang Chunfang, witnessed the event together.
The headquarters and R&D production base project of Zheming New Environmental Protection Materials is invested and constructed by Guangzhou Zheming Ink Coating Co., Ltd. The project is located in Mak Village, Nansha District, Guangzhou, on the west side of Majun Street and north of Huaying Surface Treatment Equipment Factory. The project covers an area of 23 acres, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, and a planned construction area of 41,635 square meters, including a new materials R&D laboratory building, production workshop, and Zheming New Environmental Protection Materials headquarters building. It is expected to start production by the end of 2019, with an annual output of 9,000 tons and a production value of about 400 million yuan. By 2022, the annual output is expected to double compared to 2019, exceeding 27,000 tons, with a production value of about 1.2 billion yuan.
In recent years, Zheming has adhered to a comprehensive path of group, systematic, and specialized development, achieving an integrated development model from resin R&D to coating R&D, sales, and service, with its industrial paint leading in South China. This project and its subsequent production will help enhance Zheming's core competitiveness.
"The support and concern of leaders at all levels for Zheming's development is a high-quality project responding to Nansha's 'dual-wheel drive' strategy," said Yuan Runfa, a member of the Dongchong Town Party Committee and Executive Deputy Town Mayor of Nansha District. He stated that this project fully leverages Zheming's R&D technology advantages and is a high-quality project responding to the district's 'dual-wheel drive' strategy, characterized by safety, environmental protection, energy saving, good growth potential, and high efficiency.
"The Zheming New Materials headquarters project aligns with national strategic planning, fully promoting green manufacturing and innovative environmental protection materials, with safety, environmental protection, energy saving, good growth potential, and high efficiency," said Zheming Chairman Hu Shaowen. He stated that Zheming will fully leverage its R&D, technology, and location advantages to pursue good economic and social benefits, promote the company to achieve strategic goals, and revitalize the national industry.
The establishment of the Zheming New Environmental Protection Materials project is of great significance for enriching the local business landscape, enhancing the strength of the real economy, and improving economic activities. It plays an important role in promoting supply-side structural reform and facilitating industrial transformation and upgrading.
